How do I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?
Open Settings, tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
I purchased Premium but features are still locked.
Try restoring your purchase first (Settings → Restore Purchases). If that doesn't work, close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, email developer@cabulk.com with your purchase receipt.
How do I change the app language?
Go to Settings → Language and choose English or Arabic. The interface, questions, and road sign labels all switch instantly.
Why am I limited to 50 questions in the free version?
The free version provides 50 sample questions so you can try the app. Premium unlocks all 500+ questions, mock exams, AI-powered explanations, and the full feature set as a one-time purchase.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The app works fully offline. Internet is only needed for the initial Premium purchase (which goes through Apple's StoreKit).
Are my study results synced across devices?
Not currently. All progress is stored locally on each device. iCloud sync is on our roadmap.
How do I reset all my progress?
Go to Settings → Reset All Progress. ⚠️ This action cannot be undone — all your study history, bookmarks, and exam records will be permanently deleted.
Are the road signs official Saudi signs?
Yes. Sign images are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, based on the official Saudi Highway Code (SHC 602).

كيف أستعيد عملية شراء Premium على جهاز جديد؟
افتح الإعدادات، اضغط "استعادة المشتريات". تأكد من تسجيل الدخول بنفس Apple ID المستخدم في الشراء الأصلي.
اشتريت Premium لكن الميزات لا تزال مقفلة.
جرب استعادة عملية الشراء أولاً (الإعدادات ← استعادة المشتريات). إذا لم ينجح ذلك، أغلق التطبيق وأعد فتحه. إذا استمرت المشكلة، راسلنا على developer@cabulk.com مع إيصال الشراء.
كيف أغير لغة التطبيق؟
انتقل إلى الإعدادات ← اللغة واختر الإنجليزية أو العربية. تتغير الواجهة والأسئلة وعلامات الطرق فوراً.
لماذا أنا محدود بـ 50 سؤالاً في الإصدار المجاني؟
يوفر الإصدار المجاني 50 سؤالاً تجريبياً لتجربة التطبيق. يفتح Premium جميع الأسئلة الـ 500+ والاختبارات التجريبية والشروحات بالذكاء الاصطناعي وكامل الميزات بشراء لمرة واحدة.
هل أحتاج اتصال إنترنت؟
لا. يعمل التطبيق بالكامل دون اتصال. الإنترنت مطلوب فقط لشراء Premium الأولي (الذي يتم عبر StoreKit الخاص بـ Apple).
هل نتائج دراستي متزامنة عبر الأجهزة؟
ليس حالياً. يُخزَّن كل التقدم محلياً على كل جهاز. مزامنة iCloud موجودة في خريطة الطريق لدينا.
كيف أعيد تعيين كل تقدمي؟
انتقل إلى الإعدادات ← إعادة تعيين كل التقدم. ⚠️ لا يمكن التراجع عن هذا الإجراء — سيتم حذف كل سجل الدراسة والإشارات المرجعية والاختبارات نهائياً.
هل علامات الطرق رسمية سعودية؟
نعم. صور العلامات مصدرها Wikimedia Commons بموجب ترخيص CC BY-SA 4.0، استناداً إلى دليل الطرق السعودي الرسمي (SHC 602).
